Re: Grant of Special Temporary Authority for Galaxy 26,
Call Sign S2469, File No. SAT-STA-20111219-00241

Dear Mr. Nelson:

As required by Condition 13 of the above-referenced grant of Special
Temporary Authority,1 Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”) submits this letter
as an update on the status of coordination discussions between Intelsat and
Al Yah Satellite Communications Company PrJSC (“Yahsat”). Last week,
Mr. Hazem Moakkit, Director of Regulatory and Spectrum Affairs for
Yahsat, met with the undersigned and Jose Albuquerque in Washington,
D.C., for an in-person meeting. Although no coordination agreement for
the continued operation of Galaxy 26 at 50.0° E.L. has been concluded at
this time, positive discussions between Intelsat and Yahsat continue to
progress. Intelsat remains hopeful that an agreement can be reached
shortly.

Sincerely,

/s/ Kalpak Gude
