Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Grant of Special Temporary Authority for Galaxy 26, Call Sign S2469, File No. SAT-STA-20111219-00241 Dear Mr. Nelson: As required by Condition 13 of the above-referenced grant of Special Temporary Authority,1 Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”) submits this letter as an update on the status of coordination discussions between Intelsat and Al Yah Satellite Communications Company PrJSC (“Yahsat”). Intelsat has been in regular discussions with Yahsat regarding a coordination agreement for the continued operation of Galaxy 26 at 50.0° E.L. Although no coordination agreement has been concluded at this time, Intelsat and Yahsat continue to make progress towards reaching an agreement. Intelsat is hopeful that an agreement can be reached shortly.
