Dear Ms. Dortch:

Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat") hereby notifies the Commission that it has
successfully de—orbited its Galaxy 26 satellite. The de—orbiting was completed
on June 5, 2014. The final measured orbit of the Galaxy 26 satellite is 361.15
km above the geostationary arc, with an apogee and perigee of 330.53 km and
391.77 km above the are, respectively. In the course of de—orbiting the
satellite, Intelsat depleted the propellant tanks, discharged the batteries,
disconnected the power from the bus, and shut off the transmitters.
