Washington, DC 20554 Re: IBFS File No. SAT-STA-20111206-00235 Dear Ms. Dortch: On December 6, 2011, DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC (“DIRECTV”) filed the above referenced request for Special Temporary Authority to migrate the DIRECTV 1R satellite from 72.5° W.L. to 109.8° W.L. At that time, DIRECTV anticipated that it would begin this maneuver on or about December 31, 2011. However, in light of complications arising in large measure from the holiday season, DIRECTV has decided to begin this maneuver on or about January 9, 2012.
