8. Description SES Americom, Inc. ('SES') respectfully requests a 30-day extension of the special temporary authority granted in File No. SAT-STA-20111031-00210 to allow positioning of AMC-3 (Call Sign S2162) at 86.9 degrees W.L., where it serves as an in-orbit spare. SES incorporates by reference the supporting narrative that was filed in SAT-STA-20111031-00210.

By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
