8. Description Intelsat License LLC herein requests an additional 60-day extension, from December 7, 2011 through February 4, 2012, of the Special Temporary Authority previously granted to Intelsat to drift Galaxy 26 from 50.75 E.L. to 50.0 E.L. and operate it at 50.0 E.L. in the C- and Ku-bands pursuant to the ITU filings of the Turkish Administration.

9. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
