8. Description Intelsat License LLC herein requests Special Temporary Authority for 180 days, commencing December 1, 2011, to drift Intelsat 706 (call sign S2401) from 72.0 E.L. to 47.5 E.L. and to operate at 47.5 E.L. in the C- and Ku-bands in inclined orbit.

9. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
