(SES Americom) for special temporary authority, IBFS File No. SAT—STA—20110714—00127, for a period of 60 days commencing on July 20, 2011, in connection with the operations of the AMC—4 space station (Call Sign $2135) at the 67° W.L. orbital location in the 11.45—11.7 GHz and 11.7—12.2 GHz (space—to—Earth) and 13.75—14.0 GHz and 14.0—14.5 GHz (Earth—to—space) frequency bands IS GRANTED. Specifically, SES Americom is authorized to operate the AMC—4 space station with a 0.1—degree change in the azimuth of the satellite‘s North American beam from the orientation previously authorized.‘ This authorization shall be in accordance with the technical specifications set forth in SES Americom‘s application, Federal Communication Commission (Commission) rules, and is subject to the following conditions: 1. All operations pursuant this grant of special temporary authority shall be on an unprotected and non—harmful interference basis, i.e., SES Americom shall not cause harmful interference to, and shall not claim protection from interference caused to it by, any other lawfully operating station. 2. In the event of any harmful interference caused by AMC—4 while operating pursuant to this grant of special temporary authority, SES Americom shall cease operations immediately upon notification of such interference, and shall inform the Commission, in writing, immediately of such an event. 3. Any action taken or expense incurred as a result of operations pursuant to this special temporary authority is solely at SES Americom‘s own risk. 4. Grant of this authorization is without prejudice to any determination that the Commission may make regarding SES Americom‘s pending application for authority to operate the AMC—4 space station with a 0.1—degree change in the azimuth of the satellite‘s North American beam from the orientation previously authorized at the 67 ° W.L. orbital location (IBFS File No. SAT—MOD—201100510—00086). 3.
