8. Description SES Americom, Inc. respectfully requests special temporary authority for a period of 30 days beginning June 30, 2011 to perform TT&C in order to drift the AMC-5 in-orbit spare satellite, call sign S2156, to 79.10 deg. W.L. and maintain it there with an east-west stationkeeping tolerance of +/- 0.1 degrees. SES Americom does not seek authority to operate the AMC-5 communications payload during the STA period.

By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
