Applicant seeks a 30—day extension until March 2, 2011 to complete certain in—orbit testing of SkyTerra 1. See File No. SAT—STA—20101215—00260. The full deployment of the 22—meter L—band reflector took longer than anticipated, which delayed the beginning of testing. For this reason, applicants submit that an extension of the STA is warranted. 9.
