Applicant seeks a 30-day extension until March 2, 2011 to complete certain in-orbit testing of SkyTerra 1. See File No. SAT-STA-20101215-00260. The full deployment of the 22-meter L-band reflector took longer than anticipated, which delayed the beginning of testing. For this reason, applicants submit that an extension of the STA is warranted.
