       Temporary Authority for Galaxy 15, Call Sign S2387, IBFS File No.
       SAT-STA-20101228-00268

Dear Ms. Dortch:

PanAmSat Licensee Corp. (“PanAmSat”) herein supplements the above-
referenced application for special temporary authority (“STA”) to conduct
Telemetry, Tracking and Command (“TT&C”) operations on the Galaxy 15
satellite (call sign S2387) outside of the +/- 0.05º East/West station-keeping box
pursuant to a waiver of Section 25.210(j) of the Commission’s rules.1

In the pending application, PanAmSat stated that it expected to have Galaxy 15
on-station at 93.0° W.L. on or about January 29, 2011. PanAmSat updates this
application to report that it now expects to be on-station at 93.0° W.L. on or
about January 15, 2011.
