WISCONSIN On September 20, 2010, Alfred Mottur of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck and the undersigned met with Edward Lazarus and Zac Katz of the FCC staff regarding Open Range’s above-referenced request for Special Temporary Authority. Open Range proposed that the Commission grant the Open Range STA request for a period of 180 days. Open Range also discussed conditions that would apply to the STA and agreed to keep the Commission informed on an ongoing basis regarding its efforts to secure alternative spectrum.
