8. Description Sirius XM Radio Inc. requests extension of Special Temporary Authority (STA) granted on January 21, 2010 (File No. SAT-STA-20091207-00139) to operate low power terrestrial repeaters at various locations for 180 days. Absent renewal, this STA will expire on June 13, 2010.
