                   to 102.6° W.L.

Dear Ms. Dortch:

On May 25, 2010, DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC ("DIRECTV") filed a request for Special
Temporary Authority ("STA") to repeat an abbreviated set of in—orbit tests on the DIRECTV 10
satellite (call sign $2641) at the 102.6° W.L. orbital location.‘ This letter is to confirm that
DIRECTV has now completed coordination with the licensee of AMC—15, the only non—
DIRECTV owned co—frequency satellite operating within +6° of the 102.6° W.L. orbital
location, as well as all operators using that satellite in the affected frequency bands.

                                                         Respectfully submitted,

                                                           /s/
