I confirm that:


        *      the AMC—11 satellite‘s communications payload operates in the conventional C—band (3700—4200
               MHz down; 5925—6425 MHz up); and


        e      the TT&C frequencies for AMC—11 are at the edges of the conventional C—band (beacons at
               3700.5 MHz and 4199.5 MHz; command at 6423.5 MHz).

Please find attached a copy of the STA request filed on Friday by SES Americom, Inc. The proposed
maneuvers are for purposes of mitigating interference in the event an active Galaxy 15 approaches and
passes through AMC—11‘s orbital location.

SES Americom, Inc. seeks special temporary authority to drift C—band satellite AMC—11,
call sign $2433, up to 0.5 degrees to the east and west of its assigned orbital location of
131 W.L. for a period of thirty days, commencing on May 20, 2010.
