Dear Mr. Nelson: In the above—referenced authorization,‘ SES Americom, Inc., ("SES Americom," doing business as "SES WORLD SKIES")," was authorized to conduct in—orbit testing ("IOT") of the SES—1 satellite at 142.5° W.L. before deploying the satellite to 101°W.L. Pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in the grant, SES WORLD SKIES hereby advises the Commission that the SES—1 satellite arrived at 142.5° W.L. on May 9, 2010, and IOT commenced on the same date. SES WORLD SKIES notified the Air Force Frequency Management Agency and Fibertower Spectrum Holdings, LLC of the scheduled IOT prior to the commencement of testing.
