Re: Request for Special Temporary Authority for Intelsat 3R, File No. SAT-
       STA-20100402-00063
       Call Sign: PAS-2R

Dear Ms. Dortch:

PanAmSat Licensee Corp. (“PanAmSat”) herein supplements the above-
referenced pending request for Special Temporary Authority (“STA”) for 180
days beginning June 1, 2010 to drift Intelsat 3R (call sign PAS-2R) from 43.1º
W.L. to 81.0º W.L. and operate the satellite temporarily at 81.0º W.L. in
accordance with the Argentine Administration’s ITU filings in the C- and Ku-
bands.1

PanAmSat requests a change in the start date of the STA. Instead of the June 1,
2010 start date originally requested, PanAmSat now requests a start date of
August 1, 2010.

For the reasons set forth in the pending STA request, PanAmSat respectfully
requests that the Commission grant PanAmSat’s pending STA request as
supplemented with this letter.

Sincerely,

/s/ Susan H. Crandall
