Intelsat North America LLC, pursuant to Section 25.120 of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission, herein requests STA for 61 days, from October 6, 2009 through December 5, 2009, to continue operating the payload of the Intelsat 706 satellite, Call Sign S2401, at its current location of 54.85 E.L. 9. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject Yes No to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti−Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
