PanAmSat Licensee Corp. herein requests a grant of STA for 180 days beginning 04/01/2009 to drift Intelsat 3R from 43.0 W.L. to 43.1 W.L., and to operate the satellite temporarily at 43.1 W.L. in the conventional C− and Ku−bands. 9.
