Attachment Conditions of Authorization IBFS File No. SAT—MOD—20080825—00159 Call Sign: $2154 November 19, 2008 Intelsat North America LLC‘s (Intelsat) request to modify its authority in order to operate its C— and Ku—band satellite, Galaxy 25 (Call Sign: S2154), at the 93.1° W.L. orbital location, IBFS File No. SAT—MOD—20080825—001 59 (Call Sign $2154), IS GRANTED .‘ Accordingly, Intelsat North America (Intelsat) is authorized to provide Fixed Satellite Services (FSS) in the 3700—4200 MHz (space—to—Earth), 5925—6425 MHz (Earth—to— space), 11.7 to 12.2 GHz (space—to—Earth), and 14.0—14.5 GHz (Earth—to—space) frequency bands using the Galaxy 25 space station at the 93.1° W.L. orbital location. These operations are authorized in accordance with the technical specifications set forth in the application, this Attachment, and the Commission‘s Rules and subject to the following conditions: 1. Intelsat shall operate the Galaxy 25 satellite at the 93.1° W.L. orbital location in compliance with all existing or future coordination agreements for that location. 2. While at the 93.1° W.L. orbital location, Intelsat shall maintain the Galaxy 25 spacecraft with an east/west longitudinal station—keeping tolerance of 0.05 degrees. IBFS File No. SAT—STA—20081111—00214 IS DISMISSED as MOOT. 4. Grant of this modification application does not change the expiration date of the authorization for Galaxy 25: June 30, 2012. 5. Intelsat is afforded thirty days from the date of release of this grant and authorization to decline this authorization as conditioned. Failure to respond within this period will constitute formal acceptance of the authorization as conditioned. $ 6. Intelsat North America LLC herein requests STA for 30 days, beginning 11/20/2008, to begin drifting Galaxy 25 from 97 W.L. to 93 .10 W.L., and to operate the TT&C frequencies of the satellite at 93.10 W.L. Intelsat has a pending application for authority to redeploy the satellite to 93.10 W.L. 9.
