Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. 25.154, a timely opposition is due May 27, 2009. However, the Puerto Rico Radio Broadcasters Association held its annual convention this past weekend, during which it reached the collective decision to oppose the above-captioned application. Thus, the Puerto Rico Radio Broadcasters Association respectfully requests a brief extension, to June 5, 2009, to submit its pleading. This relatively brief extension of time will not prejudice any party and will serve the public interest by allowing the Puerto Rico Radio Broadcasters Association to produce a more complete pleading.
