8. Description PanAmSat requests Special Temporary Authority (STA) to drift Galaxy 12 to 122.9 degrees WL and to operate TT&C frequencies during the drift and at that location. PanAmSat also requests STA to operate the Galaxy 12 C-band payload at 122.9 degrees WL for 72 hours if the need to provide emergency restoration service should arise.

By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
