Description Application for 60—day extension of STA originally granted on December 21, 2007 (FCC File No. SAT— STA—20070906—00120), and for which a 60—day extension to run through April 19, 2008 was requested {(and remains pending) on February 13, 2008 (FCC File No. SAT—STA—20080213—00037) to permit continued operation of HCI and its indirect subsidiaries that hold FCC licenses under their current ownership/control pending final action on pending Transfer of Control applications (See, e.g., FCC File No. SAT—T/C—20070904—00119). A full description of the transaction is provided in the original application, as supplemented on Oct. 18, 2007. Because that application remains pending, HCI and its subsidiaries require an additional 60—day STA to maintain the status quo pending final action.
