8. Description PanAmSat Licensee Corp. herein requests a further 30-day extension, through 04/26/2008, of STA previously granted to drift SBS-6 from 73.95 W.L. to 80.90 W.L., and to operate the satellite's TT&C frequencies at 80.90 W.L.

By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
