Description PanAmSat Licensee Corp. herein requests a 30-day extension, until 01/23/2008, of its STA originally granted to drift Galaxy 17 from 75.5 W.L. to 74.05 W.L. immediately following IOT and to operate the satellite at 74.05 W.L. to satisfy a customer's temporary requirement for service at that location.

By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
