ATTACHMENT Conditions of Authorization IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20070626-00087 Call Sign: S2191 Grant Date: December 13,2007 The request of DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC ("DIRECTV") for a modification of its authorization, File No. SAT-MOD-20070626-00087,' IS GRANTED. Accordingly, DIRECTV IS AUTHORIZED to operate its Fixed-Satellite Service (FSS) Ka-band space station, SPACEWAY 1, at the 102.885' W.L. orbital location in the 18.3-18.W19.7-20.2 GHz (Downlink) and 28.35-28.60/29.25-30.00 GHz (Uplink) frequency bands. Failure to respond within this period will constitute formal acceptance of the authorization as conditioned. 'The application was placed on public notice as accepted for tiling on July 21, 2007. See Federal Communications Commission, International Bureau, Policy Branch Information, Satellite Space Applications Accepted for Filing, Public Notice, Report No. SAT-00459 (re]. July 20, 2007).
