Milpitas Blvd. Milpitas, CA 95035 Re: Call Sign $2115 Dear Mr. Adler: By letter dated May 25, 2007, the International Bureau‘s Satellite Division notified Globalstar that certain changes made to the Globalstar constellation required authorization, and indicated that Globalstar should file an application or applications for such authorization. To date, no application has been received. Accordingly, Globalstar is hereby directed to file an application or applications no later than 10 business days from the date of letter.
