Description Globalstar Licensee LLC ('Globalstar') requests interim operating authority for 180 days to provide service with its modified 1.6/2.4 GHz Mobile Satellite System ('MSS') constellation, call sign S2115. The interim authority is necessary so that Globalstar can add its spare satellites to its 40-satellite operating constellation and ensure continuity to its customers

By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
