8. Description PanAmSat Licensee Corp. herein requests a grant of STA for 30 days, beginning July 8, 2007, to drift SBS-6 from 74.05 W.L. to 73.95 W.L. immediately following traffic transfer from SBS-6 to Galaxy 17 at 74.05 W.L. and to operate SBS-6 temporarily at 73.95 W.L.
