8. Description PanAmSat Licensee Corp. herein requests a grant of STA for 180 days, beginning June 28, 2007, to drift SBS-6 from 74.05 W.L. to 73.95 W.L. and to operate at 73.95 W.L. until replaced by Horizons 2, which is currently scheduled for launch in the third quarter of 2007.

By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
