PanAmSat Licensee Corp. herein requests STA to deploy Galaxy 17 to 81 W.L. immediately following launch, and operate at that location for a period not to exceed 21 days −− from 05/16/2007 thru 06/05/2007, to satisfy its own and a customer’s requirement for testing and demonstrating at that location. 9.
