Washington, DC 20554 Re: DIRECTY 1 Traffic Transfer and Migration SAT—STA—20070126—00019 Dear Mr. Nelson: On March 8, 2007, the Commission granted the above referenced request for authority to relocate the DIRECTV 1 satellite to the nominal 91° W.L. orbital location allocated to Canada under the ITU‘s Region 2 BSS Plan. Pursuant to Condition 1 of that authorization, DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC ("DIRECTV") hereby notifies the Commission that the transfer of customer traffic from DIRECTV 1 to DIRECTV 1R was completed on April 12, 2007, and the satellite has begun the migration to its new orbital location.
