Ex Parte Notification—IB Docket No. 95—91 Dear Ms. Dortch: In accordance with Section 1.1206 of the Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. §1.1206, Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. ("Sirius"), by its counsel, notifies the Commission that on February 6, 2007, Patrick Donnelly, Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Sirius and Robert Pettit, Carl Frank, and Jennifer Hindin of Wiley Rein LLP met separately with Barry Ohlson, Senior Legal Advisor for Commissioner Adelstein and John Branscome, Acting Legal Advisor for Commissioner Copps. During each of these meetings the participants discussed the above—referenced applications for special temporary authority ("STA"). Specifically, the Sirius participants urged Commission action to approve Sirius‘s STA applications to operate 11 terrestrial repeaters, which currently are turned off. In addition, the participants discussed the need to refresh the record and then conclude the rulemaking for Part 25 satellite digital audio radio service terrestrial repeaters and to initiate a rulemaking addressing the wireless communications service ("WCS") technical standards in Part 27.
