                                  Special Temporary Authority, File Nos. SAT—STA—20061013—00121,
                                  SAT—STA—20061013—00122.

                          Dear Ms. Dortch:

                          In accordance with Section 1.1206 of the Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. §1.1206,
                          Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. ("Sirius"), by its counsel, notifies the Commission that on
                          February 6, 2007, Patrick Donnelly, Executive Vice President and General Counsel
                          of Sirius, and Robert Pettit, Carl Frank, and Jennifer Hindin of Wiley Rein LLP met
                          with Roderick Porter, Robert Nelson, Richard Engelman, Karl Kensinger and
                          Gardner Foster of the FCC, International Bureau.

                          During this meeting, the participants discussed the above—referenced applications
                          for special temporary authority ("STA"). Specifically, the Sirius participants urged
                          Commission action to approve Sirius‘s STA applications to operate 11 terrestrial
                          repeaters, which currently are turned off.
