Dear Ms. Dortch: In accordance with Section 1.1206 of the Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. §1.1206, this letter will memorialize that on February 5, 2007, Richard E. Wiley, David Hilliard, and the undersigned of this firm representing Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. ("Sirius") discussed the above—referenced applications with Fred Campbell of Chairman Martin‘s office. The Sirius participants urged Commission action to approve Sirius‘s STA applications to operate 11 terrestrial repeaters, which are currently turned off. In accordance with the Commission‘s rules, an original and one copy of this notification are being filed, and a copy of the notification is being sent to Mr. Campbell.
