Washington, DC 20554 Re: Information Update Requestfor 30-Day Special Temporary Authority: SAT-STA-20061002-00114 Requestfor 180-Day Special TemporaryAuthority: SAT-STA-20061013-001I 9 Dear Ms. Dortch: Pursuant to Section 1.65 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. 0 1.65, this is to inform you of a slight change in the above-noted pending STA requests. On 22 March 2007, XM Radio, Inc. (“XM”) filed Revised Exhibit A to both of the above-noted requests, which seek special temporary authority for the operation of the listed satellite radio terrestrial repeaters. Because of a loss of commercial electric power, XM has had to permanently discontinue operations on one repeater listed on Revised Exhibit A: NYC172A. Power cannot be restored to this site and the repeater will be dismantled. Accordingly, XM no longer seeks any STA for NYC172A. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
