Attachment Conditions of Authorization IBFS File No. SAT-STA-20060718-00077 July 27,2006 PanAmSat Licensee Corp.’s (PanAmSat’s) application, SAT-STA-20060718-00077 (Call Sign: S 2377), IS GRANTED. Accordingly, PanAmSat is authorized, for the period of 30 days commencing on July 3 1,2006, to relocate Galaxy 4R fi-om 99.0” W.L. to 98.9” W.L. for the purpose of handing off communications traffic to its replacement satellite, Galaxy 16, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and technical specifications set forth in its application, this Attachment, and the Federal Communications Commission’s (“Commission”) Rules. 1. PanAmSat shall coordinate all of its operations so that no harmful interference shall be caused to any other lawfully operating satellites or radiocommunication system. PanAmSat shall cease operations immediately upon notification of such interference and inform the Commission in writing immediately of such an event. 2. PanAmSat is required to accept interference from other lawfblly operating space stations or radio communications systems. 3. Any action taken or expense incurred as a result of operations pursuant to this special temporary authority is solely at PanAmSat’s own risk. 4. PanAmSat is afforded thirty days from the date of release of this action to decline this authorization as conditioned. Failure to respond within this period will constitute formal acceptance of the authorization as conditioned. 5. This action is issued pursuant to Section 0.261 of the Commission’s rules on delegated authority, 47 C.F.R. 5 0.261, and is effective immediately.
