PanAmSat Licensee Corp., pursuant to Section 25.120 of the Commission’s Rules, hereby requests Special Temporary Authority to operate the Ku−band payload on PAS−9 at 26.15 E.L. PanAmSat seeks an STA for a period of thirty (30) days beginning on July 18, 2006. 9.
