("XM") for Special Temporary Authority ("STA") to conduct in—orbit testing of its S— band/X—band satellite, XM—4, at the 110.7°WL orbital location and to subsequently drift the satellite to the 11 5°WL orbital location. As required by Condition No. 4 of the STA grant, XM hereby informs the Bureau that XM—4 was successfully launched on October 30, 2006. Accordingly, the 180—day period of this STA will terminate on April 28, 2007. Please direct any questions regarding this matter to the undersigned.
