ATTACHMENT Intelsat 604 SAT-STA-20060224-00015 Call Sign S2390 August 10,2006 Intelsat LLC’s (Intelsat) request, File No. SAT-STA-20060224-00015, for special temporary authority (STA) authority to continue operation of its Intelsat 604 satellite’ at the 177.85’ E.L. orbital location IS GRANTED in accordance with the terms, conditions, and technical specifications set forth in its application, this attachment and the Commission’s rules. 1. The STA is subject to the same conditions as the prior STA grant, IBFS File No. SAT- STA-20060130-00011 (grant stamp on January 30,2006) and is without prejudice to any enforcement action that may be appropriate in connection with the certification made in IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20050817-00161. 2. This grant is issued pursuant to Section 0.261 of the Commission’s rules on delegated authority, 47 C.F.R. 6 0.261, and is effective upon release. Petitions for reconsideration under Section I. 106 or applications for review under Section 1.115 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. $5 1.106, 1.I 15, may be filed within 30 days of the date of the public notice indicating that this action was taken. 1 The Intelsat 604 was de-orbited prior to March 3 1,2006.
