Attachment Conditions of Authorization IBFS File No. SAT—STA—20060125—00009 February 17, 2006 PanAmSat Licensee Corp.‘s (PanAmSat‘s) application for Special Temporary Authority, SAT—STA—20060125—00009 (Call Sign $2460),IS GRANTED. Accordingly, PanAmSatis authorized for the period of 30 days commencing on February 17, 2006, to re—point the Southeast Asia downlink beam to New Zealand on its PAS—5 satelite atthe 166° EL. orbit location in the 12.25—12.75 GHz (space—to— Earth) frequency band. Other than re—pointing the Southeast Asia downlink beam, the conditions contained in the prior authorization‘ remain in effect and the PAS—5 satellite will operate in accordance with the terms, conditions, and technical specifications set forth in its application, this Attachment, and the Federal Communications Commission‘s Rules. 1. PanAmSat shall coordinate its operations in the 12.25—12.75 GHz frequency band so that no harmfulinterference shall be caused to any other lawfully operating satellite or radiocommunication system. PanAmSatshall cease operations immediately upon notification ofsuch interference and inform the Commission in writing immediately of such an event. In the 12.25—12.75 GHz frequency band, PanAmSat is required to accept interference from other lawfully operating space stations or radio communications systems. 2.. PanAmSat is required to obtain all necessary authorizations from each country in which it seeks to provide service before beginning service to that country. 3..
