(XM) requests Special Temporary Authority (STA) to operate one lower power terrestrial repeater from December 6, 2005 through December 12, 2005 at the Target World Challenge presented by Countrywide PGA Tour event to be held at Sherwood Country Club in Thousand Oaks, California, pursuant to the technical parameters listed in Exhibit A. 9.
