TT 18 ORDERED that, pursuant to Section 25.120 of the Commission‘s ruls, 47 CR § 25.120, the request of DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC to relocate ts DIRECTV 2 satelite from the 1008 W.L. orbital location to the 100.6° W.L. orbital location, File No. SAT—STA— 20050914—00078 (Call Sign S2630), is GRANTED for a period of 30 days, subject to the following conditions: i DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC shall coordinate all drif. orbit DBS and Telemety, Tracking, and Control operations with other potentally affected in— orbit operators it During and after the relocation of the DIRECTV 2 satelite, operations shall be on a non—harmfil interference basis, meaning that DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC shall not cause interference to, and shall not claim protection from interference caused to it by any otherlawfully operating satelites. ii.) In the event that any harmful nterference is caused as a result of operations during and after the relocation of the DIRECTV 2 stelite, DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC, shall cease operations immediately upon notification of such interference and shallinform the Commission immediately, in writing, of such an event iv) Onee traffic has been transferted from DIRECTV 2 to DIRECTV 8, DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC shall not operate the main communications payload on DIRECTV 2. v) DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC shall maintain DIRECTV 2 at the 100.6° W.L.
