ATTACHMENT iNTELSAT 605 SAT—sTA—20050225—00051 Call Sign: $2394 March 2, 2005 Intelsat LLC‘s (Intelsat) request, File No. SAT—STA—20050225—00051, for extension of special temporary authority (STA) to continue drifting its INTELSAT 605 satellte(Call Sign §2394) from the 77° W.L. orbital location to the 174° EL.orbital location 1S GRANTED.‘ Accordingly, Intelsat is authorized for a period ofthirty days to operate the INTELSAT 602 satellite‘s Tracking, Telemetry, Commund and Monitoring (TTC&M) functions in the 6168—6182 MHz (uplink) and the 3047.325—3052.675 MHz (downlink) frequency bands during the drift in accordance with the terms, conditions and technical specifications set forth in its application, the Commission‘s rules and this Attachment; and 1.. During the continuing drift ofthe INTELSAT 605 satellite from the 77° W.L. orbital location to the 174° E.L. orbital location, Intelsat shall not operate the communications payload on the INTELSAT 605 satellite. 2.. Intelsat shall coordinate all of ts TTC&M operations with existing geostationary satellite to ensure that no unacceptable interference results from its TTC&M operations during its drif. 3.. During the drift of the satellte from the 77° W.L. orbital location to the 174° E.L. orbital location, no harmfl interference shall be caused by the INTELSAT 605 satellte t any other lawfully operating satelltes or radiocommunications systems. Operations ofthe INTELSAT 605 satellie shall cease immediately upon notification ofsuch interference and Intelsat shall inform the Commission in writing immediately ofsuch event 4.
