("PanAmSat") was granted special temporary authority to locate Galaxy 14 temporarily at 146° W.L. for purposes of conducting in—orbit testing (‘IOT").1. As a condition of that grant, PanAmSat was required to notify the Commission once IOT had been completed and Galaxy 14 had commenced relocationto its assigned orbital location. PanAmSat hereby informs the Commission that IOT has been completed and the satellite commenced its relocation from 146° W.L. on November 10, 2005.2 ! See FileNo. SAT—STA—20050207—00026.
