       XM Radio Inc. (XM), a Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) licensee, hereby
       requests Special Temporary Authority (’STA’) to operate its S−band/X−band replacement
       satellite (XM−3; Call Sign S2616) at the 85.1 degrees W.L. orbital location for a period
       of 60 days. XM−3 is currently expected to be located at the 85.1 degrees W.L. orbital

XM Radio Inc. (XM), a Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) licensee, hereby requests
Special Temporary Authority (’STA’) to operate its S−band/X−band replacement satellite (XM−3; Call
Sign S2616) at the 85.1 degrees W.L. orbital location for a period of 60 days. XM−3 is currently
expected to be located at the 85.1 degrees W.L. orbital location in the First Quarter of 2005.
