Conditions of PanAmSat Licensee Corp.'s (PanAmSat) +plication for Special Temporary 4 Authority, SAT-STA-20040923-00185, IS GRANTED. Accordingly, PanAmSat is authorized to drift the hybrid CKu-band alaxy 111-R satellite from its current location at 1 1 1.06" W.L. to 1 1I .O" W.L. a d to conduct tracking, telemetry and command (TT&C) operations necessary to1 drift the satellite to 111.O O W.L. and to maintain it at that location for the period o October 4,2004 to November 3,2004 in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications set forth in its application and the Commission's rules. 1. PanAmSat's operations shall not caus interference to any lawfully operating in-orbit satellites and cease operations immediately upon notification of such 3.
