Intelsat LLC requests special temporary authority to begin drifting INTELSAT 706 to 50.25 degrees E.L. and to allow the satellite to remain at 50.25 degrees E.L., in a non− operational capacity, until the Commission approves Intelsat’s pending modification application to operate the satellite at that location. 9.
