8. Description PanAmSat Licensee Corp. hereby requests a six-month extension of its STA to locate the Galaxy 9 satellite at 90.9 W.L. and to continue operating the telemetry, tracking, and control frequencies. See attached Request for Extension of Special Temporary Authority.
